Plants are the gateway to the energy of the Earth that sustains us. Through the journey of life I've become one with the Earth. Nature and plants have always spoken to me and given me a great sense of calming. During my journey of awakening I fell in love with its energy, beauty, and ability to heal the mind body and spirit. All of a sudden spending time in nature became like an instant reboot and battery charge right at the bottom of my feet. I began to truly notice the earth beneath my feet for the first time in awe of this planet we call our home. I was instantly filled with love and gratitude for its gifts to us and freely given energy most of us don't even realize exist. The truth of the matter is, the Earth's energy is all around us, surrounding us, and sustaining us. In this realization I found a whole new respect and love. Plants are life energy to me. I wanted to share the love I discovered for plants and the Earth through my herbal products and so Sheeba's Herbals was born. I truly hope you enjoy all of our herbal products.
